If there is a problem with delivery or tracking your order: Most orders are shipped within three business days of purchase. Check your spam folder if you didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email. International orders are shipped via US Postal Service, First Class Package International, typically 5-7 days to Europe and Asia, but sometimes up to 4 weeks when the postal service is running slowly. If your international shipment’s tracking number begins with the letters “UC”, it means tracking information is not provided by USPS. These shipments may display a status of “awaiting item”, or show only an incomplete tracking history.

Bitcoin payments: This isn’t yet automated. To arrange payment, please send me a list of the hardware you’d like to purchase, and your shipping address.
