Shipping, Tax, and Returns
Here are the most important points. The store’s shipping policy and refund policy have the full details.

Shipping

  • Orders normally ship within 1 to 3 business days, or up to 5 at busy times such as Black Friday and Christmas. If you didn’t get a shipping confirmation email, check your spam folder.
  • Outside the USA, choose Express shipping (UPS) for fast delivery with full tracking. Economy shipping costs less, but it may be much slower to arrive.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, let us know within 90 days of shipping.

Taxes and import fees

  • Sales tax is added only to orders shipped to California.
  • Outside the USA, the buyer pays any import duties, VAT, GST, tariffs, and brokerage fees. They aren’t included in the price. Please give a correct phone number and email address with your order, so the postal service can contact you to collect them. Packages whose fees go unpaid are returned.
  • The customs forms are always filled out truthfully, with the actual price of each item. Nobody likes import taxes, but I can’t help you avoid them by lying on the customs paperwork, so please don’t ask.
  • Buying from several US stores? A package forwarding service like Shipito gives you a US shipping address and can combine your orders into one international shipment.

Returns and warranty

  • You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Email us before sending it back.
  • Items found to be damaged or defective within 2 years of purchase are repaired or replaced.
